SWIFT & IBAN
A SWIFT code, also known as a BIC, consists of 8 characters and is used to identify a specific bank. An IBAN (International Bank Account Number) is used to identify your specific account for payments. Not all countries use IBANs. If you are requesting a withdrawal to a bank account without an IBAN, you can enter your account number in the IBAN field and your branch code in the comments field on the withdrawal page.
You can typically find your SWIFT code and IBAN on your bank statement or through online banking.
Withdrawal Status
To check the status of your withdrawal, click on "Account" and then select the "History" tab.

Please proceed to initiate the cancellation through your account dashboard. If you need assistance, feel free to contact us, and we'll be glad to help.
You will receive an email notification once your withdrawal request has been processed, including information about the payment provider to which your funds were sent.
